The internet is finally fixed here in Blurb Central and so we should be back on something resembling a normal schedule again.
Let’s start it off with a football podcast, no?
First half of the show is all College football with - what else - BCS talk. Can Boise or TCU get some respect? Heck, can Oregon? Shane Hallam, who does great work at DraftCountdown.com, poses the question as to whether or not a one loss Alabama would sneak in over an undefeated Boise. I say yes when you look at the schedules. But again, I hate strength of schedule.
I then go over the Big East and how Pitt has emerged again as the favorite. We talk about how out of conference games matter and why and the possibility of getting teams to come over to the Big East.
Andy Miley of Talking Trash with Taz joined me for the second half of the show. We covered a lot of ground (and went long) including:
- Brett Favre’s injury, how it could change the offense and whether Brad Childress is on borrowed time
- Steve Jackson’s surgery
- Felix Jones & the Cowboy RBs
- The Pats new faces - Woodhead and Hernandez
- Tim Hightower’s job security
- Packers injury woes
And more.
Check it out and check Andy out on twitter as well. Thanks for coming by and thanks for listening.
